We design, build and deploy solutions such as public websites, corporate intranets, document management systems, learning management systems, customer/donor relationship management software, library management systems, human resource management systems, general management information systems, Open access archives/repositories based on Free/Open Source technologies.
We build complex applications which are used by many businesses and these applications are designed based on specifics of the businesses. All our solutions adhere to open standards such as XHTML and CSS. If required we can
also ensure compliance to US Government Section 508 Accessibility and W3C-WAI Content Accessibility Guidelines. We specialize in the use of Plone, Zope and Python as the development platform. We also extensively use of MySQL and PostgreSQL database servers. We also use other Free/Open Source Software such as Moodle, E-Prints, Dspace and Fedora.
Some of the interesting applications that we have built are :
Metlife: This project required the development of a Customer Relationship Management system for Metlife. PHP & MySQL have been used to develop this project.
Indian Institute of Science – Virtual Lab: This project for India’s Premier research institute was developed to allow users to conduct experiments in different laboratories across the internet and obtain results. Each member of this laboratory can upload and conduct experiments. This Laboratory allows the universities that are members of this group to conduct online examinations etc. Audio and Video conferencing are other features that this online virtual classroom has. This project was developed using PHP, MySQL & CGI scripts.
Supply Chain Management : This application has a range of modules used in executing supply chain transactions in the Garment Industry. This application is being developed for one of the leading garment manufacturers in the world. The product can manage supplier relationships and controlling associated business processes.
It includes many modules which are called studios. There are various studios for:
1. Merchandising
2. Sample
3. Design
4. Costing
5. Production
This product attempts to balance the disparity between supply and demand by improving business processes and allowing organizations to trade electronically with supply chain partners. Developed using Plone.
Sales Force Automation System: This application was developed to manage the enterprise sales team of Explocity Pvt. Ltd. Spread across US, Gulf and India. The system has been integrated to pre-press production system in Explocity and
currently manages advertisements that get booked for more than 20 monthly publications. This project is developed in IIS 6, .net and MS-SQL Server.
GASLOG: GASLOG is different by design. It is portable, quick, versatile and easy-to-use log analysis software ideal for both Geologists wanting to do a quality check of their log data and experienced petrophysicists carrying out multi-zone, multi-well petrophysical field analyses. This product is truly unique in its approach to petrophysics. Integrated flash graphs aid the analysis mechanism. This project is done using Plone, Python & Flash.
