Atul Ramchandra
Atul an IIT Alumni has 25+ years of experience in the industry with experience in mobile content delivery, application of solar energy, renewable energy, electric vehicles and fuel cells. Atul has held many senior positions before moving into the advisory role.
Atul Ramchandra has been associated with Mahiti since year 2000 in various
capacities. He advises Mahiti on innovative use of technology, social media, alternative technology initiatives that are eco-friendly.
Recently he was the Project Director of a European Commission funded project to set up a Mobile based information service for micro-entrepreneurs in Kolkata, West Bengal. Mahiti is the main implementation and Technology partner of this project.
Prior to this Atul was with a NewsCorp funded global media business. He has over a two decades of work experience across Teaching, Solar Energy, Media, Development Sector and now Renewable Energy.
A graduate from IIT Delhi with Post-Graduate work in the US specialising in Solar Energy, Passionate about innovative product development in and around Renewable Energy he is currently focussed on Solar powered LED Lighting and cooling prototypes.
